Advice for Guests

As your tour company, we want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your upcoming tour. Here are some tips and recommendations to help you prepare:

1. Sun protection - We advise all guests to bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses, especially for our outdoor tours on hot days. Protecting your skin from the sun's rays is important.

2. Water - We recommend that you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, especially for our longer tours. Keeping well-hydrated will help you feel your best.

3. Comfortable walking shoes - It's essential that you wear comfortable, supportive shoes for our tours that involve a lot of walking. This will help prevent fatigue and discomfort.

4. Light layers - We suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater in case the weather changes or the indoor locations are cool. Being prepared for temperature fluctuations will ensure your comfort.

5. Camera - We encourage you to bring a camera or smartphone to capture photos during the tour. You'll want to have a way to document your memorable experiences.

6. Snacks - For our longer tours, you may want to bring some light snacks to have on hand. This can help maintain your energy levels.

7. Cash/cards - Please remember to bring money for any purchases, tips, or optional add-ons you may want during the tour. Having a mix of cash and cards is recommended.

8. Medications - If you require any personal medications, be sure to bring them with you. Your health and wellbeing are our top priorities.

Included in the Reagan California Experience:

1. Transportation & Hotel:
- Comfortable motor coach or bus transportation to take guests between the various tour sites and landmarks.

-Airfare, Shuttle Service to and from Airport and Hotel

2. Itinerary:
- A well-planned itinerary that hits the major iconic landmarks and attractions, such as the White House, Arlington Cemetery, Marine Memorial, Air Force Memorial, and other key sites.
- Mix of stops where guests can get off the bus and explore on foot, as well as drive-by views of certain sites.
- Good balance of time at each location, allowing guests to fully experience the important sites and memorials

3. Tour Guide and Commentary:
- Knowledgeable, engaging tour guides who can provide in-depth historical and cultural context about the sites.

4. Flexibility and Add-Ons:

- Optional add-on experiences or specialized tours in Washington DC (e.g., African American heritage, DC highlights, Mount Vernon, and evening tour) to cater to guests' unique interests.
- Free time for guests to explore on their own or visit additional sites not included in the main itinerary.

Our Reagan California Experience will provide our guests with a comprehensive, engaging, and memorable experience showcasing the President Ronald Reagan’s most iconic places and attractions.

Deposit Information:

Deposit option is available with 20-50% of total price of booking. For example, bookings with a total value of $7,500, we require a reservation deposit of 20-50% of the total, which is $1,500 to $3,750.

When is the deposit due?
The full deposit amount must be paid upfront, either by credit card pre-authorization or by direct payment, before the booking can be confirmed.

Deposit Payment Options
Customers can pay the deposit using the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Bank transfer
- PayPal, Venmo, Zelle

Cancellation and Refund Terms
- If the booking is canceled more than 30 days in advance, the 20% deposit will be refunded.
- If the booking is canceled 15-29 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the booking is canceled less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

 1. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 30 days advance notice for any tour cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.

 2. Cancellation Fees:
   - 30 days or more prior to departure - full refund minus 20% of deposit
   - 15-29 days before departure - 30% of tour cost
   - 7-14 days before departure - 50% of tour cost + expenses paid for airfare, hotel and transportation.
   - 6 or fewer days before departure - 70% of tour cost + expenses paid for airfare, hotel, and transportation.
   - 48 hours or fewer before departure - 100% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.

3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your tour, we will accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 30 days notice may be subject to a fee.

4. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full tour cost.

5. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives. We will make reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
